Here are quick IDPH health guidelines for our students and families:
💉 Vaccines: Stay up to date on Flu, RSV, and COVID-19 immunizations.
🤒 Fever-Free Rule: Stay home until 24 hours fever-free without medication.
😷 Mask Up: Wear a well-fitted mask for 5 days after returning to school.
🧼 Hygiene: Wash hands frequently and cover all coughs.

RFU’s mobile coach will offer free flu shots and health screenings at the North Chicago Public Library tomorrow, September 15, from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Free flu vaccines are available without insurance on a first-come, first-served basis for anyone six months and older, alongside free adult vaccines for uninsured individuals and VFC child vaccines by appointment. Visitors can also receive free blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol screenings (fasting required), as well as rapid testing for strep, flu, COVID-19, UTIs, and ear infections.

Organic Life is hiring full-time staff for the Food Service Department at North Chicago High School. Open positions include experienced cooks, dishwashers, and cashiers.
