The Forrestal Elementary Visual Arts Program, for the second year in a row, has been awarded a grant through Fresh Artist in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  The school recently received thirty remote learning drawing kits for students attending classes while at home.  Kits include: Sharpie Markers, Erasers, Snippy Scissors, Elmer’s 4oz School Glue, Construction Paper, Plastic Rulers, Ticonderoga #2 Pencils, Single-Hole Sharpeners, and Mesh Zip-Close Bags.  It is our belief that all our students need and deserve a robust artmaking program whether working from school or remotely at home.
